New perm , new air rifle

Got a new perm last week only a small acreage with house all around owner wants rabbits cleared for his horses , so I bought myself a HW110 for the job , finally wind eased enough to get out and have a bash got 2 ,really should have been more , took them home I butchered one ,mrs did the other ,cos she had never done one before and made a better job than me

Had an old daystate harrier pcp but this wee’s all over it in every way

Yes they are superb, mine was the 110k, shorter and very quick to get on target, loved the gun but not the calibre which was .22, had it been a .177 I would not have sold it however having said that I was impressed with some of the longer range rabbits I shot with it but that was not it's job, the Impact fac is for that.  I do miss that little gun and will at some stage get another.  The new laminated stock versions are bloody lovely, I keep picking one up in the rfd and no doubt I will be again today when I go in.

Wish I never got rid of mine , keep saying I will buy another one , but keep changing my mind between HW110 or HW100 BP 

by the way nice shooting and you have one of the best guns as well

Mines a .22 cal  using the JSB Hades that I managed to get out of the shop when I bought gun , they seem to work well in it , certainly made a crack when they hit home , nice clean kills

Thanks , gun was a bit pricey but came with Nikko Stirling scope and I managed to blag a tin of Hades out of them

I have just got back home from the rfd and yes I did drool over the laminate version again,  thinking of selling of of my guns sooooo I may get a .177 soon.

Now that they’re doing them in the laminate kt style, I wonder if they might also add the green synthetic to the 110 series at some point? I really like the hw100 in green synthetic, so I’d be interested in a 110 with that stock.

Funnily enough they have just got in a green 100 which is the first one I have actually seen in the flesh so to speak, very very nice and I totally agree DB one in the 110 would be bloody good. I had a 100TK in the past and always liked the thumbhole stock but in all honesty, as much as I love the 110 in laminate, I am not 100% sure I want to go back to that type again, jury is out on that one but as I cannot afford it now antway.
