Greyman 29,156
Just been for a quick wander round the local with the hounds as I’m back in work now so can’t go wandering around all day anymore, anyways thanks to a generous offer of some sheshou to try out from shortstraw, I cut a couple of 20/15 taper bands 30cm long and stuck them on the old reliable scout, few goes in the garden and pleasantly surprised so stuck it in my pocket as there are always a few feral hanging round at the old station and not only did I bag myself one but quite surprised at a clean pass through, lots of zap for such a small band, thanks for getting me into the 20th century, both short straw and mr Wilkes

Shortstraw 476
What size ammunition do you use for that set up with bands that long. Just curious as I’m thinking of trying shooting with a longer draw......sort of elbow fully back and arm at 45 degrees. Edited July 8, 2020 by Shortstraw
Greyman 29,156
Using 10mm steel atm and yes pull back as you describe, my anchor is somewhere behind my head, but as long as the band passes the same part of your face doesn’t matter how far back you draw,
