Supposed to have good properties. Also I'm quite interested in Birch Polypore which has all sorts of anti septic, anti cancer and many more properties. trapperman 474
I haven’t grown that one yet, the supplier I use has all sorts so I will add those as it takes off hopefully

If it has no red on it and does go NOT blue when cut is edible. One last check and this might sound mad but lick the cut bolete, this is to check that its not a Bitter Bolete not poisonous but will ruin any dish. The others are the Birch Polypore a very interesting fungi with a lot of good properties, anti cancer, anti septic, anti fungal and many more. Cheers Arry 1

Will have some tonight with Steak. Also known as Maitake supposed to have medicinal properties. Better picture from last year. Think the bottom one of your pictures is Sulphur Tuft Not good poisonous. Next two up could be Honey Fungus / Bootlace Fungus edible I have never bothered with it as they say it taste astringent. https://www.wildfooduk.com/mushroom-guide/honey-fungus/ Not sure what the top one is but would not be eating it.
