All metric measurements are the best I could provide using a conversion chart from the Internet. US measurements to metric This jelly is excellent on crackers with cream cheese and it can be used for a basting sauce on grilled poultry. Some people have added this to hot vegetables, tossed them in a bowl and had this as a vegetarian dish. Or a nice spicy side to the main meal. Recipe: Place the chili's and peppers in a blender and puree until finally chopped. Combine the puree and vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat and boil rapidly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar and lemon juice. Return the pan to the heat, bring to a boil again, stir in the pectin and food coloring and boil again, stirring constantly for a minute. Skim off the foam and bottle in sterilized jars. For a hotter jelly, substitute habanero peppers (or your favorite hot or super hot pepper). Change the food coloring to match the pepper. For a sweet and hot flavor, add fruits such as apricots or preaches to jelly. Enjoy! Going to try this, mix and match with different chillies. Should be fun Atb j 4oz in the second to last ingredients on the list is pectin To set the d Jam/jelly. Sorry for the confusion Atb j
Born Hunter 17,783
Nat Geo have a Docu-film about a four month expedition to the source of the Okavango. Pretty cool film. On a similar note CV-19 pandemic has given Africa's wildlife a very hard time. All the funding has dried up from wildlife tourism. It's pretty f***ing serious for them right now. Hopefully things pick up quickly before the wildlife becomes worthless to them.

I think we should all be taking a knee for the earth itself as a symbol of what as humans collectively we have done to it and continue to do to it. We as a species are worse than any living virus . We can't even keep our fecking streets Clean from litter and Waste Nicely put max. Atb j

DIDO.1 22,844
There's a facebook group called hunting for truth and there was a post on there recently about it. Think it's Botswana where elephants are massively over populated. There's no hunting tourism bringing in money and dealing with difficult elephants....think it suggested it could be farmers poisoning them cos of no hunters or nature stepping in cos of high numbers
