Atb j Same as that mate I keep getting drawn back to the hot chilli's for some strange reason I round a mates house while he was picking chilli's. He passed me a chocolate trinadad scorpion and said try that and like a fool I did take a bite. I ended up drinking all the milk in the house

Ingredients: 10 jalapeno Chile's, stems removed. 2 medium Bell peppers 1 1/2 cups ( 355 ml) distilled vinegar 6 cups (1350 ml) sugar 1/3 cup (80ml) lemon juice 4 oz (118.29 mL) 10 drops green food coloring. All metric measurements are the best I could provide using a conversion chart from the Internet. US measurements to metric This jelly is excellent on crackers with cream cheese and it can be used for a basting sauce on grilled poultry. Some people have added this to hot vegetables, tossed them in a bowl and had this as a vegetarian dish. Or a nice spicy side to the main meal. Recipe: Place the chili's and peppers in a blender and puree until finally chopped. Combine the puree and vinegar, bring to a boil over high heat and boil rapidly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar and lemon juice. Return the pan to the heat, bring to a boil again, stir in the pectin and food coloring and boil again, stirring constantly for a minute. Skim off the foam and bottle in sterilized jars. For a hotter jelly, substitute habanero peppers (or your favorite hot or super hot pepper). Change the food coloring to match the pepper. For a sweet and hot flavor, add fruits such as apricots or preaches to jelly. Enjoy! Going to try this, mix and match with different chillies. Should be fun Atb j 1

I had a few of them Carolina reapers I kept them in the freezer then grated it into my winter stew but even then hard to gauge how much to put in especially once the seeds fall in
