Don`t go on holiday but a good question though! If i did i would leave the ferrets to a very good friend of mine to look after and take the dog unless it was abroad. mad al 146
We've started going on holiday abroad over the last few years. All our animals stay here and family look after them. Five dogs and a horse so we are always very grateful
Simoman 110
Usually go to France each year, I ship dogs and ferrets out to family and friends but its definately not easy. Spent several weeks in Oz a few years ago and my lot put my sister off pets for life

Guest MOLLY
We go away in the caravan. Twice to Norfolk last year to a fantastic course fishing lake...... http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index...c=29012&hl= I take all or 4 of the dogs (sis looks after whichever dog stays behind) My pal who lives up the hill feeds the furts, and i leave enough cat food for the cats to see them ok till i get back. Only ever go away for about4 nights at the most but it really makes a difference. This is the reason i wont get anymore stock here (chickens etc) cos i would have to rely on others to see to them.
