That’s brilliant shooting mate and you can see why my local rfd has mentioned this gun to me as he shoots one him self spanner in the works now lol still think it’s going to be the tikka t3.

Friend of mine who uses his 308 solely for range shooting at Bisley has a Howa with some kind of fancy stock on it.

He could very well be I’m not quiet sure but I now he’s a cracking shot with his 308 useing a browning xbolt and ppu clover leaf it

I’ve got a t3x supper varmint 223 and a howa 243, the tikka is a lovely gun and very accurate but the howa is just as accurate if not more and was less than half the price

In .308w 180gr Norma Oryx and 165gr Nosler Accubond has worked great on moose, wildboar , fallow deer and roe for me. Leave the light bullets for your .243w.
