Ad stated the test I believe is safety paramount , blind slew is a fail I think I don’t use it enough to be fair but I think the test is a box and a run if I remember rightly mine was the cpcs not the npors bear in mind people take a dim view of shite operators ive had a few near misses, been hit by a bucket that was blind slewed and and a lad thought he was clever trying to snap steel fixing with the shears good luck and worth doing Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Like I said it's good that my company accept it so should be able to get a bit of experience on them quite easily. It's really safety critical these days, when doing excavations and lifting ops each driver needs to have a bamksman and both need to use dect comms. They removed the fuel tank cut the neck off the tank and welded a plate in. Then welded the neck back on. Lifted the rear seats cut a hole and welded a motorbike petrol cap on top of the diesel tank. You had to lift the back seats to fill it with cherry.and fill the neck up to the filler cap with white diesel. If you were pulled and they dipped the tank.only white they could get out.
