samuria 331 Posted June 5, 2020 Report Share Posted June 5, 2020 i.am not clued up on this but can't you do a mutual exchange with any council and people who want to move to your area. here you could many years ago do a mutual exchange anywhere in the country if both councils and tenants agreed !!! just a thought!!!! could say you need to because of your health....
