All Webley bolt actions are 2&1/2".

There are some powerful and weak 2&1/2".

NSI do a cracking 14g. Winchester also.

Reloading wise you can easily squeeze 14g plus. The Webley is a strong action and they should of been made in 3". My 3" reloads hold 19g easily.

The cart I got are 14g gamebore seam a decent cart I’ll not be reloading any i am to lazy

Yes I have some of them but they are quite slow. There is such a wide variation in 410 ammo performance.

It can give 410 a bad reputation with some when they hear pellets connecting with a bird but it flies on!

#7-7&1/2 shot is my favourite too.

What’s the best cart to buy in your eyes? I got a few different brands with the gun but obviously will be buying some soon

NSI, Fiocchi clay load. Winchester target loads.

For ratting the Fiocchi 2" are very good.

I avoid eley!

Yep, eley 2 inch are crap. I can’t understand why they only load them in #6 shot. 9 grams of #6 = terry bull pattern.

Fourlongs are quiet, but very slow.  I actually chrono’d them at 750 fps. Ok at short range but at twenty yards plus, they struggle on squirrels, tough as nails them little buggers

I have some old fourlongs and they are better than some recent ones. That's the problem with eley. Inconsistencies and catering for old flimsy actions and barrels.
