There are some powerful and weak 2&1/2". NSI do a cracking 14g. Winchester also. Reloading wise you can easily squeeze 14g plus. The Webley is a strong action and they should of been made in 3". There is such a wide variation in 410 ammo performance. It can give 410 a bad reputation with some when they hear pellets connecting with a bird but it flies on! #7-7&1/2 shot is my favourite too. 1 Quote Link to post

I actually chrono’d them at 750 fps. Ok at short range but at twenty yards plus, they struggle on squirrels, tough as nails them little buggers 1 Quote Link to post
