I think a lot of people see the matchmen on the local cut and think that's the norm for fishing, I've fished all over UK and plenty trips abroad and it's always been about getting into the wilds and taking all the nature in I've seen some amazing things fishing over the years no better excuse for getting out camping in nature imo. And all the better on a boat, all your stresses melt away the second your afloat in my experience, mainly cos your so busy making sure you don't kark it but also just how peaceful and close to nature it brings you. And sometimes some nice jackbit to bring home.fresh BBQ bass I can almost taste it now, that little bit of flesh in the cheek is the best mouthful of food you'll ever eat.

It's a nice way to get around the coast a bit mate, you tend to see more than if you are flying along on a boat, I try and do 3 or 4 miles each trip at least, good fitness and a fish or 2 for tea...
