It has nothing do with colour. This is becoming a common thing lately, gangs/crowds of youths robbing, and injuring people, and they get away with, because their youth's. I think it's gone beyond the silent justice treatment. There's so many of these thugs running around now, and God knows who they are connected to, could be some very nasty people. Also if caught giving out proper justice, you'd be more than likely charged and sent inside for a while. Law need a to fit the crime. Toughen up the justice system imo. True, The whole structure needs to be overhauled. From living standards, education, employment ect ect. I understand that. And it should be seriously tackled.
