Not sure what one that was but they seem to kick off every now and again. Using their strengths and never use teeth. Should never be in cages. But then again  I think the same rules should apply to rabbits and budgies.

Yep,no animal should be caged

What a great sight. Wolves of the sea. Bet the local seals were nervous lol Atb j

Yep  tradigides have happened with captive whales, and you can't really blame them.  Can't think of more cruel thing to do to a wild animal than keep it locked up.

Cheers, D.

Be a dream come true to bump in to one of those fellas while in the water. Gentle giants.

Seen a few over the years, could get right up beside them, very docile cretures.

I don't know what this pod hunts but a lot of programs I've watched on killer whales they seem to be specialists, some pods only hitting small fish, others seals, some getting a taste for shark it seems.

Yes mate, horrible creatures we are.

Yeah. I saw that one too. Made me queasy watching it. Same when I saw the polar bear at Chester Zoo banging it's head against the rock... I can't stand those places. Yet we're the monsters for daring to suggest hunting and conservation go together but most of the public will pay money to gawk at captive fauna going insane. \

It's never sat right with me.

Spot on, OK  in the past things were different, and suoppse people didn't no any better, but we know today animals  and some species are  near extinct. With the social media etc, we can see them in there natural environment, no need for feckin zoo's /circus.

Can't argue with that mate. I loved Chester Zoo as a kid but as I got older it just felt weird and then ultimately wrong. The polar bear was the final straw for me.

I read the news now about rhinos being poached and rangers killed while C19 locks down some of the African sporting locations. As much as I'd like to get out on one I'd quite happily shoot anything with a camera!

Was that in the 80's mate? If it was, I saw the same bear knocking it's head off shit at Chester.

This happened 2 days ago, just an hour up the coast from me and happens to be the beach that I spend most of my time on during summer and the section that I fuucking chill on (this beach is less than 2km long)?
