I’d be tempted for a staffy perfect with kids

The only thing that would put me off a GSD is the hip and spine problems as they get older.   Walshies dog looks good and, sounds good from his posts - maybe look along those lines and give

Mate please dont take it the wrong way but most healthy gsd are of a working type. Its not gonna be aggressive/defensive if u treat it right but they can be a f***ing pain in the arse if they aint worked. Theres a man i know has pups out of some very well tested gsd but its a lottery choosing one

I tend to think mate if you after a dog for grand children and you aint comfident at reading knowing a dog and why it reacts and what to prob best off with sommat else ?

I love them knvp style mals that look like they carry bull. But i aint into all that standing around on a sunday to give a dog a couple bites ya know so i dont bother with them types a dogs as it would just go divvy. Think some them working gsd the same they bred to be out patrolling and working can be snappy round a ball and that.think if your worried why take a risk. A little poodle or cocker thing couldnt really ask for better could ya for children
