A bit of sporting Art, I’ve been after this for years.

I finally managed to get hold of a painting by William Hobson called Confrontation,I first brought it in the 90’s, I foolishly sold and have looking for it for years. Only 1000 was done.

I have a pair done by him that one and a running dog jumping a wall after a lamped rabbit, looked him up a few years ago but couldn’t really find much of his work. Was there one with two bull x types pulling a stag?

There is not much about him on google, there is the odd thing about his pictures coming up for auction but that’s it.

A female member of this forum used to live near him, so he is possibly still doing a bit of art or hunting! Think it was up in Yorkshire, was a good while ago.
