Anyone use one? Do they just slip straight onto the rifle without any additional fixings?

Looks like a weaver mount pal so should go straight on any weaver/piticany rail.

My pal was going to get one until he saw the price and yes the Pard did need hiking up but strips of aluminium coke can did the job AND a drink thrown in

I had 1 , used with my pard nv008,  saved all the messing about with shims, perfect to centre the pard cross, but the finished height by adding the zb then the pard might be an issue to some !

I haven't seen those mounts before but i will give you a word of warning about the bloke that runs that company.

His name is Clive Ward and he is renowned for not contacting you for weeks or months. It takes forever to get anything off him.

There is another chap that sells a fully windage and height adjustable mount specifically for the Pard 008. He goes under the name of Kevgun his actual name is Kevin Gundry. Anything this bloke does is very well engineered. I have just had one of his custom mounts made for my Drone pro x10 and it is superb. There is a video on youtube showing you the new Pard mount that he does, the video is done by a chap called RussDouglass222. I am sorry i cannot post a link to it as i don't know how but you will find it easily enough. That is where my cash would go if i had a Pard 008. The original mount on the 008 is not the best of fits and is prone to breaking which is why Kev designed his new mount, it addresses all the originals weaknesses.

Is that expensive for good quality engineering?

I personally don't think so.

I want the best available tools for the job because i know it pays off in the end, but each to their own.

I don't think Kevgun has started to make the mounts yet for the 008 that's in place after he as finished the mounts for the drones, Drews lab sells the zb lites but I believe they raise the 008 even higher which is not good for eye relief .
