From what little I could make out from that situation it is about the standard  of most cops.  Brainless.  And that goes for foes as well.  We could do with a link k to the comments.

I have sympathy for the cops when they have to deal with stuff especially when they might not go home that night, but surely common sense would show that there was limited danger in that situation and they could have found out what the situation was before going into rambo mode.   The guy filming it was a bit short on brainpower and the employer could have been a bit more forceful  and when arrest was threatened the employer should have said yeah go on arrest me to  I could do with a nice compensation claim.  I wonder if the building had  cctv.?
