jetro 5,349 Posted May 5, 2020 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2020 Was reading an article last night, about the irish trading with the Romans, when they had Britain, and when the they left, that a lot of Roman soldiers took what they could and came to Ireland to settle. I am a firm believer in your history is who you are.....you will have traits and mannerisms of people you never even knew, who were long dead before you were born. I read that the irish were doing a lot of trade in slaves and other commodities with the Romans, and when they left, the Irish and Scott's were doing a lot of raids, before the saxons took over.
