I just think if show dog people(and they aren't dog men imo) can ruin a good breed within a few gens why couldn't people dedicated to dogs and working them, bring back these working abilities?I'm too old to try but if I was young I'd try with the cairn terrier as I was surprised how much worker was left in my one.
