zoeycallie 0 Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 I cant believe any place would tell you what you can do to your dog.I think tail cutting should be a breeders or owners choice.My bulldogs have their tails but I think the ones that don't because of pulling look pretty good as well.Can a petition get going to change that law?They are doing that in states of the U.S. that banned bully breeds.
