micky 3,325 Posted April 21, 2020 Report Share Posted April 21, 2020 The River banks are covered with them and they are very nice to eat ! they smell a little like Garlic but they taste just like Peppery Spinach , they only need a wash and a minute on the stove and job done , nice in a salad , stir fry or on their own , a dishful goes a long way as the don't wilt down as much as Spinach and of course they are free. 6 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
