All stock can be dangerous at times and we all have our ways ,a shock collar not the way in my opion ,my busher got a shock from electric fence few yr ago and she's never been the same since and shocking most types sight hound would only do more damage than good but only my opion .

If I'm ferreting or bit lamping I stay away from sheep ,stock and work area that's got no stock on it .

this time of yr we walk along the river and woodland areas .
