Been using it here for a 1000 years LOL. I have photos here some where of women carrying it up from the strand in baskets for the land and potatoes. They used to burn it to extract iodine. This is the only sea weed factory here in the country, one in Scotland as well. We eat diluks (spelling) and carraigínn moss, we make a type of jelly out of it with milk.
