steve66 3,583 Posted April 20, 2020 Author Report Share Posted April 20, 2020 Struggling at the moment with plantar fasciitis , bloody painful walking about at work , so been doing more stretching lately and found it really enjoyable , anyone else in stretching / yoga type of exercising ?there's literally thousands of routines on youtube some of athlean x stuffs quite good but can drag on abit before he gets to the point but his plantar stretches have helped a lot , Anyone got any go to channels they use ? TOMO 26,948 Posted April 20, 2020 Report Share Posted April 20, 2020 Been doing a bit now at home...got a bar...only got 40 kilo of weight....just doing 20 rep sets... Gets a good burn though...been using an old office chair to do seated over head press with it....
