He's a decent unit around 16 and half stone but tbh he was playing 5-a-side once a week up to the lockdown plus he's never abused his body through the years with Class A's. The bar weighs if I remember rightly about 70kg Ill have a look tomorrow in the daytime at the stamp on it . Its a straight recovery bar for towing vehicles with as it has an eye either side .
