I've never tried one but a mate says they do work, I've only ever taken coffee before training but then I'm wide awake all night.

Looked at the ingredients on a few, seemed like caffeine was the key ingredient. So I bought some caffeine tablets from https://www.bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk/pure-caffeine-200mg after a shift at work & im flagging, I take one sometimes 2 an hour or less before I get to the gym, sweat twice as much in cardio & seem to be able to do a lot more before I start to tire.

You can get them caffeine free though? Not sure if they are any good or not. I need a kick up the arse to get me going, a bad sleeping pattern and work just leaves me not arsed to go.

It's not really the energy of body I need, I just need to shake off that tired and yawning feeling after I've been to work all day. I know when I kick myself in to gear I will be alright it just feels a chore making the effort to go.

? yeah, you definitely need to build up a tolerance to pre workouts. I only have one of those grenade capsules, find 2 a bit much and end up sat on the settee for ages staring into space lol

no explode was deadly , used to make my cheeks burn 

ripped fuel was good for the long runs etc opened the heart up 

I’m taking the usn one now but I can’t remember the brand name . 

The tastes have improved these days and I live by the three following rules 

1 / if your an early doors phys lad , don’t take it on an empty stomach 

2 / if your an evening trainer , don’t even contemplate taking it after 6 ish unless you want to be still watching sopranos at 4 the next morning 

3 / I take half the recommended dose in twice the dilution one scope ever maximum

The usn one is called hyper drive , I got a load free from a lad 

oh and I found that when I was cycling that with “grenade “ I was very very quick tempered and tired

Are they bad for your heart or is it just a myth, do they make a big difference?

Well last week I did 164 burpees straight in just over 14 mins 

i took a pre work out first and my heart rate was at 142 at one point 

weather it’s a placebo effect or not I don’t know but on a very short sharp knock like a murph circuit or wod I feel more intense doing it

You couldn’t blink 164 times without oxygen you non starter !
