Been doing a bit now at home...got a bar...only got 40 kilo of weight....just doing 20 rep sets...

Gets a good burn though...been using an old office chair to do seated over head press with it....

Oh and two of the plates that are on the bar are two disk brakes that were lying round....

I used to bash crossfit and still do some of it to an extent. Some of the crossfit games stuff just looks like obstacles for the sake of it. Bit some of it's great as well. Found a few mini wods. Done one called a l mini Murphy today.  1 mile run 100 push up 200 squats then another 1 mile run. Was blowing out my arse after it

200 squats , Are you doing a proper squat ?

We do that regularly that type of stuff , I hate it but I i enjoy that type of stuff as it’s realistic  and functional for me rather than just endless running

Just bodyweight.  200 bodyweight squats isnt that hard tbh.

What I thought was a squat and how my physio showed me how to squat are worlds apart, that's why I'm asking , a true squat your knees don't move forward they stay at 90 degrees to the floor

Think gyms will go back to normal once the lock down is lifted or will they be subject to prolonged social distancing?

They're breeding grounds for illnesses at the best of times lol
