WILF 46,770
Well if we are talking about series on telly I have been watching The Yorkshire dales and lakes, it’s mega.....just good, honest, nice telly about decent british life. The last film I watched was a documentary film that I ordered on DVD called “The Biggest Little Farm” and it was amazing, life affirming watching......I loved it.

I thought it was shite and weakened the film for me. I watched an interview with him about it. When he got the call for the film from tarintino he thought he was getting to play Django

Jonjon79 13,358
I watched this again a couple of days ago - it's a cracking story. Gritty and well filmed. The characters are easy to believe.

Sounds like it'd be a good educational visit for little 'un as well. That was a good part of the film - they took an absolute pounding from that German tank
Jonjon79 13,358
This is another one that I really enjoyed - it's a Hollywood-ised version of Moses leading the Isrealites out of Egypt. Good film, good acting, old story and, easy to watch

Ken's Deputy 4,459
" Undercover ", on netflix. Finally got round to giving this one a go. Not bad, actually. As the title suggests, it's series about a pair of undercover cops. Plenty of story. Action. Stuff to look at. Only downside, especially for half the free floating intelligentsia of this place, is that it's sub titled. I genuinely lost track of how many languages were spoken over the course of it too! There's said to be another series in the pipe line. I'll be up for that
Ken's Deputy 4,459
" In The Line Of Duty ". Flix. That's twenty minutes of my life wasted in needless suffering. Don't!

Ken's Deputy 4,459
Oh, Please don't! Honestly. Uniformed cop who spends his day outside a shop, chatting to a black kid. Load of cops spying on an open area. Bad guy rumbles them and runs off. And runs. And runs. And runs. And runs. Uniformed cop basically does the same thing. Throw in a couple of combats along the way. No one even gets puffy. Then, there's the two girls. Internet stars ..... I just can't go on. By then I was close to throwing up. Twenty two minutes of that dirge and I jacked. Just watched the first episode of " Reckoning ". This looks more like it
