I fancy this, my sister bought me his biography or autobiography which ever one it is a few years ago. I've just never got round to reading it yet.

Get it read mate, got loads of respect for the bloke after reading it, he took huge risks and it paid off, could easily have gone wrong quite a few times for him, Jordan was the cherry on top no doubt, it brought trainers off of just sport fields/courts and into main stream fashion, people were murdered for Air Jordans when they were launched, crazy really!

But as a all out gambling businessman who believed in himself and his product I think Phil Knight has few equals, pretty inspiring really.

the story of Michael Jordan signing with Nike to create the air Jordan range .

nearly 2 hrs , flew in , if your not a fan you won’t get it really , but for even a casual observer it’s fantastic . Cast superb , Ben affleck as shoe dog is a stand out , funny , well written , shot fantastically .

thought though at times , they are kicking the arse out of this one deal , really two hours about a contract , but when you see the effect it has on the company you get it .

last point , I don’t think I’ve ever heard a better soundtrack on a film , ever , magnificent. Who ever used “ tempted “ by squeeze needs a pay rise .

a must watch for sports fans .

I’d be Dennis Rodman……

You’d be Les Dennis !

You've sold it to me by Tempted 🙂 I always seem to enjoy films with contemporary songs rather than score from  Apocalypse Now's mesmeric The Doors, The End opening to Jo Jo Rabbit's joyful Bowie's Helden end scene. Quentin Tarantino being the master of course, to this day I cannot hear Steelers Wheel, Stuck in the Middle without picturing that scene.

The only thing I’ve ever seen that was a half decent remake was Point Break, but it only worked as a film in its own right…..it still wasn’t a patch on the original.

Some things just can’t be bettered !

Watched Fatal Attraction the other night. Can't believe Dirty Douglas wouldn't "put it in" Demi Moore in Disclosure but banged it in Glenn Close!

Sleeping Dogs with Russel Crow really enjoyed it with a twist in the ending 9 out of ten.
