I get the cow thing n that's ok but rats running over your feet maybe stretching it lol So is it about doing something that you wouldn't normally do

I saw Jains walking around naked sweeping the ground in front of them before each step so as not to step on insects and small organisms. It seems freakishly macabre to us , but if they have the belief that God created everything , so everything is OK, it must be a unbelievably stress free way to live your life . I would imagine it could get quite lonely though , as they walk away from family , and everything they previously knew.

I think it was the same documentary that showed the burning of bodies on the banks of the ganges . Poorer people couldn't always afford enough wood to fully burn the body of a loved one , so half burned bodies were just thrown into the ganges .

Swathe them in a white shroud and caste them adrift into the river,I did an early morning boat drip and saw a vulture sitting on a half sunken shroud, the local pariah dogs feed on whatever washes to the bank I was told, and can well imagine it.

That sounds absolutely horrific, but we're very sheltered from death in this country . To those people, it's just the way it is I suppose.
