" In The Name Of The Father "

Flix. Two hours.

IRA based drama. I personally don't like revisiting those times. Just watched it to get it off my list.

Either way, whilst not a bad film in and of itself, I couldn't help feeling the 'evidence' - such as we were presented with - appeared a bit lame.

" The Forgotten Army "

Prime. 5 Episodes. About forty minutes a piece.

Indian, sub's obviously. Really pretty fukking good! :good:

" Maya " is obviously mean't to be the eye candy focus. But, personally? I'd crawl over her to get at her mother!

Nothing wrong with hoards of fit, young Indian women running round in well fitting khaki blouses, holding rifles above their heads either.

But, seriously? A Fukking Good Production. And a story that ~ like Yalta ~ should be told and remembered

Aye, the fight scenes were that bloody brutal, I had to laugh. Even the Mrs was in tears ?

I enjoyed it tbh. Chris Lloyd really hasn't lost his comedy timing or that glint in his eye.

Me and the boy watched Ted 2 the other night.......for about the umpteenth time !

Humour like that is right up our street:

”Hi, I’m Dr. Danzer”

”Oh cool, hold me close Dr. Danzer”

I live for stupid stuff like that

Last night I watched a cracking documentary called “I am Burt Reynolds” which, strangely enough, was the complete story of Burt Reynolds.......absolutely brilliant !!

That bloke was too cool for school.
