what was the last film you watched

Recommended Posts

Well if we are talking about series on telly I have been watching The Yorkshire dales and lakes, it’s mega.....just good, honest, nice telly about decent british life.

The last film I watched was a documentary film that I ordered on DVD called “The Biggest Little Farm” and it was amazing, life affirming watching......I loved it.

Though DiCaprio is fantastic, I just can't get past Samuel L's part... I thought it was shite and weakened the film for me.

I watched an interview with him about it. When he got the call for the film from tarintino he thought he was getting to play Django ?

I watched this again a couple of days ago - it's a cracking story. Gritty and well filmed.

The characters are easy to believe.

I'll have to look that up

............ Sounds like it'd be a good educational visit for little  'un as well.

That was a good part of the film - they took an absolute pounding from that German tank ?

very moving to hear the guys that had to go up against those monsters.the germans could take them out and huge distances and the american rounds would just bounce off them.just sit there and compare the two of them.just look at the difference in armour and armourment.like they were from different era,s.would not have wanted to be in a sherman facing a tiger ever.

" Undercover ", on netflix.

Finally got round to giving this one a go. Not bad, actually. As the title suggests, it's series about a pair of undercover cops.

Plenty of story. Action. Stuff to look at. Only downside, especially for half the free floating intelligentsia of this place, is that it's sub titled. I genuinely lost track of how many languages were spoken over the course of it too!

There's said to be another series in the pipe line. I'll be up for that :)

" In The Line Of Duty ". Flix.

That's twenty minutes of my life wasted in needless suffering. Don't!

Bugger I was going to watch that later.

Oh, Please don't! Honestly. Uniformed cop who spends his day outside a shop, chatting to a black kid. Load of cops spying on an open area. Bad guy rumbles them and runs off. And runs. And runs. And runs. And runs. Uniformed cop basically does the same thing. Throw in a couple of combats along the way. No one even gets puffy.

Then, there's the two girls. Internet stars ..... I just can't go on. By then I was close to throwing up. Twenty two minutes of that dirge and I jacked.

Just watched the first episode of " Reckoning ". This looks more like it :)
