There was a robbery here about a fortnight ago young lad produced a Rambo knife trying to Rob the till a sted head that was shopping lost it battered him senseless shopkeeper has to protect the kid in the end  I would of left him to it

I wouldn't know if they were on anything ... Probably were ... but Hastings is an old  dump shit hole sea side town.  so probably a lot are scaggies.  Some years ago when the war in Kosovo was on, some bright spark put a load of refugees from one side Albanians or kosovans ?? into houses on one side of Warrior sq and on the other side of the sq they put another load of the opposition side into those houses.  result was a mass brawl / war across the sq.  it was running knife fights on a big scale.  mass plod turnout.  they should have either been left to kill one another or all of them rounded up and shipped back to where they had come from.  but we turned away. I think that a lot of places are like that.  The other week the Mrs and I went to Canterbury and the amount of street sleepers was a lot.  Some looked mental, some looked out of it, others might have been professional beggars.  The thing that I did notice was that a lot of them had dogs which all looked well cared for and they were wrapped in either an overcoat of a bed quilt or something. The wind was flipping freezing.   There is no way I would give them money because it would go on booze or drugs.  I might give them tins of dog for or dog biscuits. But even that encourages the situation. perhaps a better solution would be to slaughter the winos and feed them to the dogs.

There's a gang of about 5 or 6 homeless in Shrewsbury opposite the train station.

Every time I drive past.

They are drinking out of large costa coffee cups.

Eating out of fried chicken boxs.

Some are staring at there phones.

And the same 1 is allways rolling a joint on the floor.

They seem to be doing all right I would say.

Hastings again, years ago there was a bloke who looķed like that Abu Hamsa character who used to just sit on steps opposite to McDonalds.  He wore the uniform of the  beggar department.  Scruffy hair, the dirty greatcoat, the dog and quilt.  Donation box with words, " tired, cold, hungry . people felt sorry for him and bought him Mac burgers.  He had several on hold so people used to put money in his box.  Someone eventually discretely  followed him when he left to see where he went.  He went to a brand new Renault and then to a very nice bungalow if you please.  A link nice payday if youve got the neck. "The dog and quilt." Sounds  like the  name of a pub.
