No it's not .. heating oil has no lubrication properties in it ..

The tanker that fills the tank for plant at our fank fills the house heating oil tanks at the same time.

It will never go through.

What about all the plant in Scotland 

There fuel bill will double overnight.

Not only that, it will cripple every thing, but no smoke without fire I say.

It's the same stuff, just 5% VAT on heating oil, I've used red in our heating and heating oil in the tractor no problems.

I’ve a mate that has put over 100k on his motor and heating oil is all it has ever had in it.

Aye some motors will take it but most modern stuff wouldn't , know a couple people who's ran Peugeot's on it without a problem

You can extract the die easiely and run any motor on it, red diesal is exactly the same just died red for tax purposes ?

Edited as I thought you meant heating oil was red
