Im really surprised at reaction to you & your family as ive been to Canada a few times & absolutely loved it & found the Canadians to be very welcoming. My brother lived in Halifax Nova Scotia for 5-6 yrs. don’t get me wrong there were a couple of dodgy areas but there are everywhere. I have a lovely polish immigrant family next door . Most of my mates are the descendants of polish or Irish imigrants . I leave my door unlocked , I leave my bike in the garden , I don’t worry about smack heads, knife crime , stabbings, immigration or a two tier police system. Until about 2008 . My workplace accommodation was sold off to the housing agency. The majority of people placed in were from Middle East. I seen a nice little town turn into a piss hole on. Saturday night full of Africans , asians and Eastern European’s who turned a street I used to walk home on into a no go area after dark. I’ve said that before that in a Friday sometimes , me and my wife go into town in a Friday day time . You do that joe , you don’t hear an English voice ! Thats a small city in east Anglia , with no huge ties to industry except agriculture. If lads like tommy Robinson aren’t prepared to speak up , and to show the world what is happenening in the uk, who will ? If he doesn’t expose the hypocrisy of the likes of saria Khan , a daytime tv reporter who denied the existence of grooming gangs in national telly , then when the Rotherham case was exposed , said that she’d always known about it, from a young age. Who will? He maybe brash and not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s a poor show that it was left to him to be the mouthpiece that was needed . No one else was going to do it !
