You don't seem to be accounting for all the other lives that are being saved due to lockdown  things like road traffic accidents  murders  right down to the old dear tripping and banging her head on the pavement..now if we  didn't have lockdown we would have all these  for want of a better word 'normal deaths'  plus thousands more from covid19  because transmission would be higher.

Just looking  at death figures alone is very misleading it's a bit more complex than that .

Without realising it your backing up my point. You say lockdown has stopped deaths from road accidents and other causes which is true but no one is suggesting we ban cars from the road and stop people driving to save lives. I am also saying exactly the same the statistics on this whole thing are being manipulated to make people comply. I am not saying and never have that the virus isn’t a major issue but what I am saying is we will have to live with it and with an element of risk because it is impossible to eliminate risk from our lives or death and if we stay in lockdown till the virus is gone or we have a vaccine we may never leave it! The HIV vaccine was “close” to being ready for testing in the 80’s now 30 odd years later we still don’t have one. If we wait for vaccines before living our lives again we may not have lives to live. All i am saying is there is a balance between multiple factors and it’s not as simple as stay at home indefinitely until the virus is gone, although we aren’t there yet as death numbers etc are to high as things stand.

And you don’t seem to be accounting for the fact that staying in won’t cure cancer, diabetes or heart failure but it almost has during this pandemic  ???

Yep mrs can work from home and I'm getting paid my wages to go on adventures with my boy and have got lots of jobs done around the house so cant complain how you coping not seeing folk other than video call my mum really upset she isnt seeing my boy can tell everytime we are saying night.

To be honest I've never been that big on physical contact with other folk, don't get me wrong I love to see family etc but if I can't see them for a few weeks it's no Biggie. The Mrs on the other hand is getting affected quite badly. I think a lot of people that hunt, fish etc are basically loners.
