Or the fact they told the world to be on alert at the beginning of January and no one really took it seriously until mid-March? As I said earlier in this thread. Jonjon79 13,358 Posted April 30, 2020 Report Share Posted April 30, 2020 I've not heard f**k all about it round here - I avoid the news (doom and gloom) channels as much as possible but, I keep in touch with an elderly friend, he's ok. It got quiet round here a few weeks back but, it's been gradually getting back to normal - people are out, cars are out. I've not heard of anyone local getting sick - I speak to a lot of the locals. Local plod sounded like I was being a div when I enquired about going to one of my permissions on the weekend. ......... it was a real 'wtf are you asking me for' type response. 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
