To point out, it does state shotgun ammunition.

Guess they thinking less chance of picking up lead from eating a head shot .22 rabbit & rifle rounds not being picked up by the 100,000 swans & ducks that apparently die of lead poisoning every year.....  ?

100,000....has any one actually found a bird suffering from lead poisoning? I haven't.
