gaza 508
Stumbled across this section and fancy getting a catapult. My mates got a few and has been having big a lot of fun with them. What would you guys recommend. Spice up my dog walk through a little forestry block. Will see my mate soon and probably be able to borrow one but what would you recommend. What’s the difference between tubing and bands? cheers
Mr Wilkes 2,983
If your just starting out I’d have a look at a hdpe from Nick hegarty on eBay or catch him on Facebook group catapult addicts, as for flats and tubes.. it’s really just what you preferr , flats are faster but tubes last a lot longer

Don’t worry about it mate I am classed as crack handed because I’m right handed and hold my fork with my right hand I also pull my bands back behind my head instead of an anchor point on my face but it don’t matter just find what suits you and perfect your own technique
gaza 508
Haha yeah will definitely find my own way. I thought if your right handed you hold it in your left and draw with your right- but I must be a bit gammy. Ball bearings coming tomorrow from Reece. Just been my dads though and he’s had a play and snapped one of the bands!
