Just got these H&N.25 slugs to test and more on the way

Looks interesting vm, how much are they £ ?

the .22’s I saw were about £17 for 200 and I can get decent.22 rimfire ammo for that sort of money

Free mate for testing and H&N are sending more over as well

Free is my favourite price. You should have a good time testing those vm. Hopefully they will work as well for you as the .22 version. It’ll be interesting to find out how you get on with them Good stuff vm

I will watch with great interest Mitch. Do you know if these are suited to standard fx barrels and who have you got them from.  Lets hope the wind drops off so you can get some testing done but if you still have the chicken shed range, it doesn't really matter I guess.

Well done a bit of  testing tonight and once again H&N slugs did not disappoint on accuracy.  33gr 3/4” mildot hold over @ 75 yards and slug on slug  running @ 940 FPS  on power 3 setting 135 bar .

I will try the 37 , 39 gr on 155 bar , I recon these will run at 950 FPS  , 72 ftlbs and 78 ftlbs

Can’t buy them at the moment, H&N have them to me with more to follow in different head size . I would like to see one in 30gr , that would be great in most FAC guns

This is all very well, but 33-40 grains @ over 70 ft lbs?  Surely this is just chasing .22 subsonic rimfire, which is fine if you don’t have a .22 rimfire, but at what relative cost?  I’m in the market for fac air, but at this output it’s getting a bit lost on me. Interesting concept though, but as for practicality l’m not so sure?

I have been told there testing a 27grn 25 slug at the min

Ahh so you got them for both guns thought I seen you had one for sale there a few people not happy with the impact power plenum off him as he stated they were more cc that they actually are Ian b got one off him and he said it was 40cc and it was only 10cc so he exchanging it for him
