So starting them early isn't always the right way , but it's always good when your young sapling bring back some fur . atb Iv never ran deerhound or herder crosses but I all way found in the few beddy crosses i had were early starters I have had not beddy whippet and beddy greyhound and both where very early starters the beddy whippet had tackled every thing by 12 month old and still to this day that dog was one of the best all round dogs iv ever seen Quote Link to post
