Philip's used to be good in Hayle... Plymouth has Ron Dewdney!.. But you're right butchers make the best and there are loads about, my mother and mother in law possibly make my favourites, decent steak, chunky veg and buttery pastry....f**k I'm drooling here!! Lol I'm super envious of where you live mate.. Pasties.. are my all time die for food.. I've searched high and low.. East to west.. And, the best pasty I've had to date was from Salcome.
