horse 0 Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 hi all we were out for a few hours ferreting me and a couple of mates, and done quit a few borrows, but were just drawing blanks. we started wonder what the hell was going on when one of the boys went for a strool with the gun while me and the mate stayed behind waiting for the ferret to stop playing peek aboos out of the borrow this was realy starting to piss me of but she is young and i did not want to snatch at her half an hour later she was in the box, the little shit banned from any more play that evening. any way walk to the next field heard a few shots and seen one of boys heading are way with a rabbit, well at least we had one, but then we discoverd the problem mixie well we carried on and got a few more with the other jill no messing with her, no one home she is in and out stright back to daddy lol well the problem is can i feed these to the ferrets or not? cheers horse Quote Link to post
woz 260 Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 AS FAR AS I KNOW THERE IS NO CROSS COTAMINATION WITH MIXEY...I PERSONALLY WONT FEED EM TO DOGS OR FERRETS BUT THATS JUST ME...IF YOU GUT EM AND CUT THE HEADS OFF N FREEZE EM FOR A FEW DAYS WOULD OF THOUGHT YOU WILL BE SAFE....THIS IS JUST MY FEELINGS AND WHAT ID DO.SURE SOMONE ON HEAR WILL BE BETTER QUALIFIED TO COMMENT....... I worried but he did it to prove the theory!!! Just a thought fleas will not live on a 'dead' host so if you bunnies have been dead a while no fleas!!! Quote Link to post
