Something like this below I reckon ideal and same stuff, you get it on board form only like making a plywood one go to local steel shop and get angle iron for screwing together. https://www.kedel.co.uk/mixed-plastic-lumber/recycled-mixed-plastic-sheet-1050-x-25.html Edited January 24, 2020 by Wild-Bill Quote Link to post

moonlighter 1,164
I like the look of the insulated ones, but I’m not sure how much the insulation matters when you have a big hole in for the dogs to get in and out. It’s like having double glazing but leaving the door open. 2 Quote Link to post

Can also add a flap or curtain to provide more comfort. I have an insulated box abroad where temps reach minus 20, dogs were fine. Here I need to improve what I've got a bit with some insulation , going to be increasing the run off angle tomorrow as the run holds a little water . Quote Link to post

justdigit 185
when it sounded like they were just 22mm insulated board it’d be worth paying extra for instead of plywood Quote Link to post
justdigit 185
I’ve dealt with plenty of kingspan and fridge pannels. Just when someone said they where maid out of a 22mm insulated it sounded like a decent product Quote Link to post
poxon 5,772
It’s probably just pvc laminated board it has insulation properties your probably better off just ringing up the main dealer/manufacturer an finding out exactly how there made or ask for a sample of the material there insulated from they look smart though Quote Link to post
