Micro-apartments or student rooms. Just acquire ownership of a real estate and receive an income by renting it out. When making such investments, it’s good to focus on owning the property for at least 5 years, while the yield runs at 3-5% per annum. It work for property in Germany, for example. Qbgrey 4,125 Posted January 29, 2020 Report Share Posted January 29, 2020 I nearly got a lovely field with a natural spring popping out of a small area of trees just above where i was planning the lake.farmer wanted 600,000 for all the farm,lot of extra land,woodland too.plus cattle shed.but i dont think the kids wanted to sleep in the woods in a tent tho..bought a house instead.ffs 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
