small tics

Recommended Posts

If you have used frontline spray rubbed all over the body then you dont need anything else, it stays on the skin/ fur and will kill any other ticks for up to 2 months.

As also mentioned remove all bedding and treat the hutch, tick pickers are great for larger ticks, but a dose of frontline eradicates any you cant see

i noticed today that one of my ferrets is covered in tiny tics, at least thats what i think they are there so small i cant see them properly, i can juse feel them. now i have a tic remover but there too small so ive given him a blast of frontline to see if that works, anybody know of any other lotions or potions to get rid of the little criters??

Any help would be apreciated.

thanks

frontline will do pal, i've even had them stuck in my back we used to use all different ways to remove them the most important thing is not to pull them out as you leave the head and it re grows :gunsmilie:

What a load of crap.. ticks dont re grow if you leave the head or mouthparts in.. but they can cause infection.
