The reason I fired August up is that it’s a long suntime month and it’s usually very good weather . 

Whats the point in climbing to the top of 13th biggest mountain in uk to not see anything ?? 

Im happy to change dates to sept or June July but conscious of bank holidays as people have families and the traffic in the lakes is a disaster then .

Make it in spring, we normally have the best weather early on. Im hoping to finally do fishing match in August, might not be able to do both.
