TEGAN AND JOCK .....

Recommended Posts

my hunting partner chicky was up today with jock his very good merle dog for a days ferreting on a spot that needed thining out so myself chicky chalkwaren tegan jock and the ferrets were ready to do battle thebigfish was also along as our photographer for the day as he is shit hot with a camera and i am ... well just shit :laughbounce2: ........

the day started off badly :grrr: .... i had made the customery breakfast (well it used to be anyway ... not anymore) of bacon and sausage in a lovely bread roll .... now there were 4 of us and 8 rolls ... half way through eating my first roll i when to collect the teas and coffee ... when i got back there was f**k all left bar my cold half eaten roll .. i had eaten 1/2 a roll TBF had eaten one ... you lot do the maths :ranting2: :ranting2: :ranting2: ......

once i finally had my rant and got over the shock of the pure cheeck of these unscrupolouse fellows the day when well with a tidy few rabbits in the bag .......

the dogs work very well together as a team as jock will go through a brick wall after a rabbit  ... and tegan will always go around :D ..... so no matter where the bunny goes (even thick cover there is always one dog up its arse :D:D:D .....................

well I know MY dog and she isnt ready to be lamped .... just because a dog is a certain age doesnt mean its automatically ready for a certain job ..........

Socks why do you know the dogs not ready?? I aint questioning your judgment nor is it a trick question..

Most lads i know always start dogs on lamp then introduce to daytime once the the lamp has achieved a few easy catches and the retrieve is on the way..

Just after your veiw piont not trying to be clever fella.. The dog looks A1 and gleamming credit to you
