Guest tawny
right then you've got your fells, patterdale's and lakelands, but what is the difference ??? ok,some are ruff coated some are smooth, some black ,red,b&t and chocolate. some small some big, some hard and some not. to me they are a type, not a breed like above what do you think ??? should they all be classed as fells, or maybe lakelands, and why the word patterdale ? there were as many black smooth coated dogs in wales as any where else,so may be they should be called caerphilly's a name of a town in wales. no different than the village of patterdale up north Quote Link to post
waz77 15
I think the main reason Tawny is that nobody can say the name of any Welsh towns! Patterdale is so much easier to say than Tranffechlafechanfuckyfuckfeck!!! Quote Link to post
